condition of the Course and the friendliness of the clubhouse staff. It is included in the 2020 list of ‘Must Play’ Courses.

The Adrian Stiff designed, par 72 parkland Course is enjoyed by players of all abilities and hosts County events including the Gloucestershire Men’s County Championships in May 2019.

Forest Hills is renowned for being exceptionally well drained and playable all year round even after extended periods of heavy rain. The undulating hills, mature trees and water hazards create interest over 6055 yards.  The 18th green is reached just over the water in front of the clubhouse balcony.

The spacious clubhouse is well set up to cater for groups, with flexible catering from the on- site Chef and seating for up to 200 people so visitors can enjoy the perfect finish to their golf day.

The Course is a regular venue for a number of Societies and Golf Days and the upstairs Coffee Lounge is open to the public so friends and family can meet you there after your game. The balcony overlooks the 18th fairway and green and gets bathed in sunshine.
The Forest of Dean, on the edge of an area of outstanding natural beauty, is close to the M4, M5 and M50 while still retaining a very rural setting.
